What file formats do you accept for printing?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, and TIFF files. For best results, please submit files at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI in CMYK colour mode. If you're unsure about your file, our team can review it before production begins.
What are your standard turnaround times?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from artwork approval. Express options (2–3 business days) are available at checkout for select products. Turnaround times exclude shipping transit time.
Do you offer bulk or corporate gifting orders?
Yes! We specialise in B2B gifting and bulk orders for corporates, events, and brand activations. Discounts apply for larger quantities. Please reach out via our Contact page or WhatsApp for a custom quote.
Which regions do you ship to?
We ship across India, GCC countries, and select ASEAN markets. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. International orders may be subject to local customs duties.
What is your return and refund policy?
Since all products are custom-printed, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a reprint or refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via our secure payment gateway. For B2B orders, bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) and invoice-based payment via Zoho are also available.
Can I get a proof before my order goes to print?
Absolutely. A digital proof is shared for approval before every order enters production. No printing begins without your sign-off, ensuring the final product matches your expectations.
