Ordering & Products
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product. For print-on-demand (POD) items, we print from 1 piece with no minimum. For bulk custom orders, MOQ typically starts from 10 pieces. Corporate gifting sets start from 10 sets. Contact us for specific product MOQs.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes — sample orders are available for most products. WhatsApp us to arrange a sample. Sample costs are typically credited against your bulk order.
Do you offer custom design services?
Yes — our in-house design team can create or adapt artwork for your order. Share your brand guidelines, logo, and brief via WhatsApp or email and we’ll provide a free design proof before production.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PNG (300dpi+), and SVG files. For best results, provide vector files (AI/EPS/PDF). We also accept JPG for photographic prints at 300dpi minimum.
Can you print in Arabic?
Yes — we offer full Arabic calligraphy and bilingual Arabic/English printing across all product categories including apparel, packaging, stationery, and gifts.

How do I get a quote?
The fastest way is to WhatsApp us with your product type, quantity, and delivery location. We typically respond within 2–4 business hours. You can also submit an enquiry online.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes — significant bulk discounts apply from 25 pieces onwards, with the best pricing at 100+ pieces. Contact us for a tiered pricing quote.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes — all orders come with GST-compliant invoices for Indian clients. We are GST/IEC/MSME registered. VAT invoices are available for UAE and GCC clients.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, UPI (India), and PayPal. For corporate orders, we offer net-30 payment terms for verified businesses.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location and product. Standard timelines: UAE 2–5 days, India 5–10 days, Singapore 5–7 days, Malaysia 7–10 days, International 7–14 days. Rush and same-day options available in Dubai — WhatsApp for availability.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes — express and same-day delivery is available for select products in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. WhatsApp us for availability and pricing.
Can you deliver directly to an event venue or warehouse?
Yes — we offer direct venue and warehouse delivery across UAE and India. Contact us to arrange.
Returns & Quality
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our print quality. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or print error on our part, we will reprint or refund at no cost. See our Return Policy for full details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please photograph the damage and WhatsApp or email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can be amended within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. Once in production, changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to make changes.
